Minor issue with door window/lock panel not secured properly. I was able to fix myself before leaving. They did have a tech come out to look but I got it done before he could get there. Overall very satisfied with the work and excellent progress notifications. Car was cleaner than when I took it in! Will be back if the need ever arise.

Have no reason not to recommend them. Were very happy with how they handled the repair, and to their credit when we got the car home and a crack started from the corner of the windshield, we told them about it and they replaced it without any argument. Seriously hope never to have to do business with them again, but it's nothing personal! lol Heather was always wonderfully helpful.

Rely nicevorioke My car took forever I think you were way over booked and I had to wait in line no big deal because I had a rental car but when all of the sensor stuff started to go bad Mike rental car ran out and I still didn’t have a car for a while pretty much not your fault you did a great job nice detail Super honest .... they give a price that’s a bit highBut I think there’s always room for a little movement in there?! Ha ha

Overall outstanding work. They have and continue to keep my trust. As always, great work. I've used Classic Auto for a few years with other repairs and always have done a top notch job. Overall customer service was good. There was a lack of communication from original quote and actual cost, but with current COVID-19 issues going on, I would guess it was the cause of normally top notch customer service. If I ever need repairs again, I will continue to use and recommend Classic Auto.

My tailgate looks great. I still need to find time to bring it back to have the step adjusted so it ejects correctly. That couldn’t be done without it on the truck.

the only problem I had was having to go back to the shop and pick up the damaged wheel that I had told them I wanted and they hadn't put in the truck when I picked it up

I just picked up my Acura RDX and it looks like new. Everyone there is extremely helpful and competent. Due to no fault of theirs, the repair took longer than expected. Since I had already returned my rental they loaned me a car to use for 2 days. When I walked out to my car I noticed that they had rubbed out another, unrelated scratch on the same side as the repair. WOW! The car looked perfect - even the muddy floor mats had been cleaned. This place will always be my choice for repairs.
