Were very happy with how they handled the repair, and to their credit when we got the car home and a crack started from the corner of the windshield, we told them about it and they replaced it without any argument. Seriously hope never to have to do business with them again, but it's nothing personal! lol Heather was always wonderfully helpful.

I just picked up my Acura RDX and it looks like new. Everyone there is extremely helpful and competent. Due to no fault of theirs, the repair took longer than expected. Since I had already returned my rental they loaned me a car to use for 2 days. When I walked out to my car I noticed that they had rubbed out another, unrelated scratch on the same side as the repair. WOW! The car looked perfect - even the muddy floor mats had been cleaned. This place will always be my choice for repairs.

Overall outstanding work. They have and continue to keep my trust. As always, great work. I've used Classic Auto for a few years with other repairs and always have done a top notch job. Overall customer service was good. There was a lack of communication from original quote and actual cost, but with current COVID-19 issues going on, I would guess it was the cause of normally top notch customer service. If I ever need repairs again, I will continue to use and recommend Classic Auto.

The service was great, and the staff was amazing! Brewster was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and professional.

Minor issue with door window/lock panel not secured properly. I was able to fix myself before leaving. They did have a tech come out to look but I got it done before he could get there. Overall very satisfied with the work and excellent progress notifications. Car was cleaner than when I took it in! Will be back if the need ever arise.
